Holding an M.A. in Political Science and a B.Ed. in Social Science, Aswathy has worked extensively in leadership roles, including General Manager (Operations) at well known Study Abroad centre, where she managed teams, streamlined operations, and enhanced client satisfaction. Her strong background in administration, team management, customer service, and quality assurance makes her a valuable asset to Hapinus Care’s growing network of mental health and wellness centers
