Overview

Dr. Joachim Lee, PBM, is an internationally respected psychotherapist, trauma specialist, and mental health trainer with over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, trauma recovery, and clinical training. He holds a PhD in trauma and mental health treatment and is widely recognised for pioneering innovative therapeutic approaches that blend neuroscience with compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Dr. Lee is the founder of Neuro-Therapy and the creator of Brain-Switch 2.0®, an advanced neurobiological therapy designed to promote trauma healing by activating key brain regions involved in emotional regulation. He serves as the Principal Trainer of MEMI (Multichannel Eye Movement Integration) and is also a certified trainer of Reattach®, empowering clinicians worldwide with effective tools for trauma recovery.

A highly credentialed professional, Dr. Lee is a Clinical Member and Certified Supervisor of the Singapore Association for Counselling and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Clinical Supervision Board. He is also a Board-Certified Hypnotherapist and Trainer, and the President of the Asia Pacific Neurofeedback Association.

His contributions to mental health and community service were nationally recognised in 2016, when he was awarded the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore for his significant voluntary service.

Dr. Lee is a founding member of the International Strategic Psychotherapists Association (ISPA) and is globally known for integrating neuroscience, limbic-system therapies, and strategic psychotherapy into practical, accessible clinical tools. His ongoing mission is to expand Brain-Switch 2.0® and MEMI across the world, training practitioners to create lasting, meaningful therapeutic change.
