Krishna holds an MPhil in Psychiatric Social Work from the Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (IMHANS), Calicut, where they underwent clinical training in adult psychiatry, child development, pediatric oncology, addiction rehabilitation, tribal mental health, emergency care, and family therapy. Their academic journey includes a first-rank Master’s degree in Health Social Work, enriched by multiple clinical internships at leading mental health institutions such as NIMHANS (Bangalore), Athma Hospitals (Trichy), CHAITANYA (Pune), and the CAREADD Project at St. John’s Hospital (Bangalore), with a focus on autism and early intervention.

Their clinical expertise includes conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized care plans, and providing therapeutic interventions for disorders such as depression, anxiety, substance use, and trauma-related conditions. Krishna is trained in family therapy, grief and bereavement support, trauma-informed care, queer-affirmative counseling, and disaster mental health response, making them an inclusive and multi-dimensional practitioner.

In addition to clinical work, Krishna has served as a Career Advisor, Public Relations Officer, Content Creator, and Motivational Speaker, highlighting a unique blend of communication excellence and psychological insight. They have also conducted tele-counseling during the COVID-19 crisis under the District Mental Health Program, contributed to HIV prevention outreach, and worked in grassroots projects to uplift marginalized communities.
